We clear the whole property room by room and leave it broom-clean.
A full cleanout is a different job from a pickup. We come in room by room, sort what’s leaving, and carry it out — furniture, boxes, clothing, paperwork, the contents of every closet and the basement underneath them. If you want to pull things out first, say so and we’ll leave those rooms alone until you tell us to go.
Most of these jobs come from a move, a rental turnover, or a parent’s house that has to be emptied on a deadline. Nobody enjoys the last one. We work at your pace, we don’t rush you through rooms, and if you want to be there for every decision that’s fine. If you’d rather hand us a key and come back when it’s done, that’s fine too.
We price by how much of the truck you fill, not by the hour, so a slow day doesn’t cost you more. Whole-house cleanouts we quote on site — it’s free and takes about fifteen minutes. Smaller jobs we can usually price from photos. Either way you get the number before we start and it doesn’t change.
What we take out of a cleanout
- Furniture, mattresses, bed frames and box springs
- Boxes, bags, clothing, books and paperwork
- Kitchen contents, dishware and small appliances
- Basement and attic storage — decades of it
- Garage contents, shelving, yard tools and scrap metal
