Questions people ask before they call
Pricing, what we take, what we don’t, and how fast we can get there.
How much does junk removal cost?
We price by how much space your junk takes up in the truck, not by the hour — a single chair costs less than a full load, and a slow day doesn’t cost you more. Send a photo or have us look at it and we’ll give you the number before we start. It doesn’t change.
Do I have to move anything out to the curb?
No. That’s the whole point of hiring us. We’ll go into the basement, up the attic stairs, wherever it is.
How fast can you come?
Saturday is our regular route day — call or text us a photo and we’ll put you on the next one. If Saturday doesn’t work for you, tell us what does. We can usually fit another day in for a scheduling fee, and we’ll quote that up front like everything else.
Do you clean up after?
Yes. We sweep the area before we leave.
What do you do with everything?
Anything usable goes to donation. Metal goes to scrap. The rest goes to the transfer station. We’re not dumping your stuff behind a barn.
Can you get rid of a hot tub, shed or swing set?
Yes. We take those apart on site and haul the pieces. Send a photo for a price.
Do you take appliances?
Yes. Refrigerators, freezers and A/C units cost extra because of refrigerant rules. Everything else is standard pricing.
Do you work with contractors and landlords?
Yes — renovation debris and rental turnovers are a big part of what we do. Call us about repeat work.
What we don’t take
Worth checking before you call, so nobody wastes a trip.
- Paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, pesticides
- Tires
- Asbestos, or anything from a home built before 1980 that you’re unsure about
- Pianos and gun safes
- Medical or biohazard waste
Refrigerators, freezers and A/C units: we can take them, but there’s an extra fee because of the refrigerant. Ask when you call.
