These are demolition jobs, not pickups. We bring saws and pry bars, take the thing apart where it stands, and haul the pieces out the same visit. You don’t need to do anything to it first.
Hot tubs do need two things done before we arrive: drained, and disconnected from power by an electrician. We don’t touch the wiring. Everything after that is us — cover, shell, cabinet, frame, the whole unit.
For sheds and playsets, send a photo with something in the frame for scale. If there’s a concrete pad or footers underneath, tell us when you call. That changes the job, and we’d much rather know before we show up than after.
